Regular reflection is key to success in any field.
Without it, you will be mindless and on autopilot. You will not be able to achieve your goals since you aren’t mindful enough to achieve them.
Gibbs’ Reflection Model is the perfect model to start getting into reflection or modify your existing reflective tools.
2. The Thought Bank - Don’t let success escape.
You have anywhere between 60,000 -> 80,000 thoughts.
Every. Single. Day.
Just 2 or 3 of these thoughts might make you more money, Create valuable relationships or help you achieve your goals
Start collecting these thoughts in a thought-bank. Don't let them go anymore. Don't fall victim to your forgetfulness.
3. Reflections Discord Community - Improve together.
Humans are more than capable to embark journeys of self-development, improvement and education by themselves.
However, having access to a network of like-minded individuals to seek insight, feedback and advice has always been a critical component of success for many.
